REGISTRATION REQUIRES YOU TO LOGIN TO THE HLL WEBSITE. THIS WILL REDIRECT YOU TO THE SPORTSCONNECT PORTAL WHERE YOU WILL REGISTER YOUR PLAYER.

AN ADULT MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND LOGIN AT HAYDENLITTLELEAGUE.COM  TO SEE THE OPTION TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER.

New Players MUST Attend a walk up registration to show proof of residency:

 – If your child is new to HLL or played prior to 2019 you will need to attend one of the Walk-up Registration Dates listed below.  To speed up the walk-up registration process, please create your account on our website BEFORE coming to walk-up registration.

What to Bring to Registration:

 – Birth Certificate – All NEW players must present an original Birth Certificate at walk-up registration
    (for age verification)
 – Proof of Residency – All NEW players must present 3 Proofs of Residency at walk-up registration
    (Utility Bill, Mortgage, etc. - to verify the player lives within league boundaries)
 – Cash or Check or Pay with a Credit/Debit Card Online (for the registration fee)

Walk-up Registration Dates:

Will be held in during player evaluation sessions.

Registration Pricing:

 – $60 for League Age 4-5 in our Tee Ball division
 – $100 for League Age 6 to 9 in our Minors A, AA
 – $150 for League Age 10 - 14 in our AAA, Majors, and Juniors division

All ages listed are for Little League age which can be different from a players actual age. Please visit https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/determine-league-age/ to check your players Little League age for registration.

NOTE: If you falsify registration information in order to play in Hayden Little League you can be disqualified from regular season and tournament play as per Little League International Bylaws.

Financial Aid

The League will waive all or part of the registration fee if you need financial assistance. No child will be turned away from Hayden Little League because of an inability to pay. Therefore, you should register your child on time and not let a lack of funds stop you from registering.

• We encourage families to pay at least a portion of the fee for each child. Our fees are kept deliberately low in an attempt to make it possible for everyone to play. If you need financial assistance or are interested in donating to financial assist a player, please email Hayden Little League at [email protected].  

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund you must email the league at [email protected] to request this and include your player's into. Refunds will be issued at 100% until players are assigned to a team and rosters are related. Once a player has been assigned to a team and rosters have been sent out  a refund of 50% will be issued due to uniforms, hats and other equipment being ordered at this time based on the number of players registered with Hayden Little League. Once practices start for teams no refund will be issued.
 

Eligibility Requirements

Age: Hayden Little League will offer Tee Ball and Baseball for boys and girls ages 4-14. Your player's league age may be different than their actual ago. Hayden Little League's Baseball divisions are as follows:

• Tee Ball ages 4-6
• Minors Coach Pitch A division ages 5-7
• Minors Modified Player Pitch "AA" Division ages 7-9
  
• Minors Player Pitch "AAA" Division ages 9-11
• Majors Division ages 10-12
• Juniors Division ages 13-15
  
  

Residency Requirements

Little League Baseball Inc. approves Hayden Little League’s boundaries.  First-time players should check to see if we are your local Little League. To find your neighborhood chartered Little League, please click here.  To see the boundary map please click here.

A player will be considered to reside within our boundaries if:

1. Parents are living together and residing within the boundaries, OR;
2. Either of the player’s parents (or his/her court appointed legal guardian) resides within the boundaries, OR;
3. A player attends school within our boundaries OR
4. If you player is League Age 7 or Under and has not played Little League previously for another local league you can choose to play for whichever league you would like.
